A day trip to Kotor from Krašići
A simple plan for a day in Kotor — what to see, where to eat, how much time to plan.
Kotor is about 25–35 minutes from Krašići by car and is a must-do day trip. A suggested route: breakfast in Krašići, leave around 9am, park outside the old town walls, then walk through narrow stone streets and main squares.
If you have the energy and start early, climb the city walls up to St. John's fortress — the panorama of the Bay of Kotor from the top is unforgettable. Bring water, a hat and proper shoes.
Afternoon: a relaxed lunch in one of the konobas (traditional taverns), then head back to Krašići for a swim. If you still have time, stop in Perast on the way back and visit Our Lady of the Rocks.
